Recently I discovered that The Economist released a bunch of short documentaries on cutting edge science in its so called “Science brief” list. Basically here’s a selection of videos that touch six of known unresolved science problems that minds from all over the world are working on.
I think any modern educated person should have a glimpse on where the humanity is in terms of scientific progress. These short documentaries are reasonably concentrated so you don’t need to spend much of your time watching, but the main messages in each field are well explained. And there’s not so many documentaries of this quality that are free. So enjoy and I hope it will widen your own horizons.
